LMIA & Study Permits

Comprehensive support for employers and students navigating Canadian immigration.

LMIA Support for Employers

A Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is a document that a Canadian employer may need to get before hiring a foreign worker. A positive LMIA indicates that there is a need for a foreign worker to fill the job and that no Canadian worker is available to do the job. We provide guidance and support to employers throughout this process.

Study Permits and Student Pathways

A study permit is required for most foreign nationals to study in Canada for more than six months. We assist with the application process, from gathering the necessary documents to preparing a compelling application. The experience gained as an international student can often lead to a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) and eventually to permanent residency through various pathways.
